What happens when the bug occurs? I am a live streamer using a 2 PC live streaming setup. My setup involves running an "Extended" display to my Avermedia capture card to send my video feed to my other PC. I then use OBS Studio, my streaming software, to use the "Fullscreen Projector" function to push my gameplay feed out to the extended desktop. The reason why I have to use the "Extended" desktop is to remove screen tearing from my finished video feed that if I used the "Duplicate" or "Clone" feature through Windows / NVidia settings would be unbearable. This solution, of extending my display, works fine in every other game I have tested (CS:GO, Borderlands, and so on, every other game I've tested) However, in Apex, there is a slight issue when extending my display, and using the Fullscreen Projector in OBS to my capture card: Every few moments, specifically noticeable in grassy or sandy areas, my gaming screen (not my live stream, though) will experience a noticeable screen tear, screen blur, or screen "warp" effect, where it appears that as a result of my extended desktop, this becomes an issue. Note, this only happens when the OBS fullscreen preview is being projected. I can verify that upon ceasing to use the fullscreen projector, this no longer occurs. I am not sure why this happens only on Apex - Perhaps something to do with the fact that I cannot uncap my refresh rate or set it to at least 300+, like I do in games such as CS:GO. I was able to uncap my FPS before the Season 1 update, obviously, but this has been broken as I'm sure you know, and when I was able to uncap my FPS, I did not use this setup, so I am not able to test and see if this is in fact an issue. I know you might think up front, "Well, close OBS and problem solved!" But, given the fact that this setup works flawlessly on other games has me believing it might be something that you can fix on your end, somehow, and I am willing to go the extra mile to help if possible!
What should be happening instead? Ideally there would be no tearing / weird artifacting, like in other games.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? - Extend your desktop through your Windows, or NVidia display settings, to another monitor - Download and run OBS Studio, and add a "Game Capture" under the "Source" box for Apex Legends. - Right click on the video preview you should be seeing on OBS once you have your game successfully being captured - Hover over Fullscreen projector preview, and choose the proper monitor that you have extended. - Load into a game, run around for a while, and look (Usually near the BOTTOM of the screen) for this weird warping / tearing / blurring of the screen

Perhaps also pertinent: I am using a 144hz monitor as my gaming monitor, and a 60hz panel as the one it is being extended to.

The only reason I am reporting this as a bug is because I believe it would be worth looking into for the sake of the fact that 1: MANY streamers use a 2 PC setup, and maybe would never complain about this issue but would like to see it fix. And 2: I think that because I do not experience this issue on other games, that there might be something you can fix on your end.

Thank you, keep up the amazing work! <3

You do not have to be actually live-streaming to a channel anywhere, simply run OBS and make sure you are capturing the game to reproduce the issue.
