I haven't seen this reported widely despite the circumstances seeming like they would appear frequently, so I wonder is your client language a factor. Are you able to swap to the EN language client and see if that affects this?

Had it been fixed for you as I have been having the same cause and error
- EA_David@Firstfusion I haven't seen any fixes for this. Can I check what language game client you use.
Also while pics are helpful, if you happen to have a clip, those are always appreciated.
