A mistake that makes people feel teased

When I contacted EA customer service this afternoon（13：00，6-11-2020，UTC+8）, I was told that my apex account Ban was removed.

Three hours later, at about 4 p.m., the ban reappeared.

In the middle，I played games through steam for more than an hour.

More specifically, the ban happened when I linked apex servers in Japan through VPN, and the last time I was banned by mistake, maybe because of this.

I had at least 1000 metal before I was last banned,and,when I lifted the ban today and landed in the game, I found that the number became 0.

I would like to ask:

       will the synchronization progress of steam login to apex cause some information of the account to be cleared?

       Is VPN not allowed？

       Do I have any other solutions besides email EA over and over？

I don't want to ask why I was banned any more and every time it's weird. These bans are like the children.Have you thought of others?
