I am playing on the Apex server in Tokyo in Platinum Full Rank.

During the match, two players were disconnected, and as a result, I received a forfeit penalty and lost rank points. The remaining player mentioned that the match started with only three teams, so it seems that most of the players had disconnected.

Will these rank points not be returned?

I contacted EA support via chat, and they told me to post it here.
