Abondon Penalty when whole squad dead + penalty increased while waiting in Menu

What happens when the bug occurs? After squad got eliminated I got leaving match penalty when returning to Main Menu, while waiting in Menu at 3 min mark, the penalty reset back to 8 minutes.
