@ZuChai can i ask if youve been playing since the early seasons (1-5~)? because im having the same issue with all my legends and have seen other people with older accounts have the same issue. maybe it could help pin point the problem

        Mine also started after getting the Loba art in battle pass. I've played since around season 3
