account level reset to level 1 yet have kept all cosmetics for apex legends

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I was trying to go on the game to play with my friend.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Talking to my friend and then discovered my account level had been reset to level 1 but i have all my cosmetic items and event badges i have collected over the years.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Probably atleast 5000 games.
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 22.07.24 (10:28pm UK timezone)
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? my account level for apex legends has been reset to level 1. i have all cosmetics from before the level reset and many event badges, but have lost any and all account badges and character badges other then, ironically the april fools badge.. season badges have all been reset to level 1 and so has any weapon mastery i had poured my time into. i played a few games hoping it would go back to normal and i would be level 400+ again, but yet, it has not returned my level progress and i am not recieving apex packs from leveling up.. please help!
What should be happening instead? i should have all my levels and data saved to my account, but it is gone.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? go through your community pages and look at the various reports of the same thing happening to other very unlucky people. this has caused me a lot of emotional stress . i have all my ranked badges from the past (as i was plat in season 12) meaning my level during that time would not be level 1 yet all seasonal badges have been reset to level 1. + i still have my level 400 charm that i recieved after hitting the milestone, yet it now says im level 5?? all of my stats have been reset aswell meaning my 3k badge on bangalore is now gone and im torn apart.. never in a million years would i of dreamt of something this horrible happening to me.
