Account Not Permitted To Play Online

Hello my account is not permitted to play online? However it is above the legal age and there are no restrictions in settings.

I am currently playing this on PS4 and living in Indonesia, please do kindly help.

How did u fix it cause I was literally just playing it yesterday and now my account isn't permitted to play online for some reason
