After the account is unblocked, it still cannot play Apex

Hi

My account was banned on March 15th. I submitted an application to understand the account ban on the same day. On March 16th, my application to unblock my account was approved, but until now, my account still cannot play Apex. When I enter the shooting range, I will be prompted that the game account number in the client has been banned. I have tried to change my password 8 times, delete and download the EA app again, and have tried many methods provided by consultants, But it still hasn't worked. The consultant asked me to submit the issue to the EA forum, and the senior team will help me solve this problem. So please, this account is very important to me.

    Don't spam or flood boards. That means don't post disruptive numbers of messages, meme, gifs and images e.g.😛osting the same message in multiple forums, or sending the same DM multiple times. Spamming can include:

    • Bumping threads or messages: Doing this once or twice is fine. Multiple bumps in a short period of time is considered spamming. Use your bumps wisely.

    As for the ban remaining on your account, please submit a dispute by following this article on our website. Get information about your EA Account lock, ban, or suspension   

  • Can you help me contact the senior team? I'm just doing this to attract their attention

    The only way to dispute the ban is to contact our Terms of Service team using the link I shared above. The team will check your account in this regard.
