Aim down sights bug

What happens when the bug occurs? i hipaim with my gun then aim down sight but i cant aim down sight, i hold m,y triiger to aim and it just hip aims instead
What should be happening instead? aiming down sight
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? fight a team hip aim sprey and aim down sights. its very rare but has a very negative effect while fighting

i will be fighting a team normally all mechanics working as intended then randomly i wont be able to aim down sights and shoot. it will only hipaim but if i stop shooting and then aim down sight it will work
