Alex Legends XP boost not working.

Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. The match summary.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Getting XP after match
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Yes
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? None
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? My squad mate and I both have the battle pass which promised that we would get a 200% XP boost if we reach top 5 or win but we only get 100%
What should be happening instead? We should be getting 200% XP after a top 5 or win match
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a squad get top 5 or win while everyone has the battle pass and see.

As you can see in the screenshots, my teammates and I are supposed to get a 200% XP boost but we only get a 100% boost.

Yeah its still happening to me to....we should be getting 300% and me and one of my friends are only getting 100... were both prestige lvls....but our non prestige friends randomly either get 170 or a random amount its never to fill amount for any of us
I tried taking pics of it but it keeps saying file is to large ☹️

i still have the same issue playing with friends o only get 100%boost my friends get 300 or 200% depends if we duo or trio so the issue still stands.

Did you ever get this figured out? I”m having the same issue but I'm the only always getting the 100% boost.

no its not fixed pretty sure they have not even looked in to it even tho its a paid feature for the battlepass and i have not seen any dev talk about it its not on the trello board where they track bugs and things they work on. https://trello.com/b/ZVrHV38P/apex-tracker

I have +100% and my friend the same. Which gives us +200% when we play together.
The problem is that he gets +200% and I only get +100%.
Is there any way to fix this error and get compensation? Please reply.

This bug was fixed for like 2 weeks before the end of season 15. Me and my squad were always getting full 200 or 300% boost. But as expected, with the beginning of season 16, someone forgot to include couple or code lines in the update, and the bug has returned. Now we never get the same amount of XP boost. Can someone please go back and see how you fix it, and implement the fix again, please?
