All players muted using Apex through Steam after Fight Night update

What happens when the bug occurs? When I type, I cannot see my own messages after sending it (after pressing enter). Others can see my messages and I can see theirs, but not my own.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to see my own messages as well as my team mates messages
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try playing the game and type in the text chat to each other.

I was playing today and tried to type to my team mates. They could see the messages I sent them, but I could not see my messages. However, I could see their messages. Since I was otherwise able to play the game, it didn't impact the gameplay, but it reduced the social aspect of it somewhat.
