Why is this thread marked as "Solved" already? The bug isn't fixed, so?
I am having the exact same issue, from day 1 when I switched over to Steam.
Keep in mind I believe most everyone having this issue is on Steam. My text chat issue seemed to go for the last few weeks, but then reappeared again with this latest patch, and I cannot find a way to fix it. It is very frustrating as I do not want to use Origin and have already uninstalled Apex from there.
Please keep on this until this is resolved.
Seems like the bug still exists and noone is willing to do anything with it, leaving my mark, my chat also doesn't work. Not talking about the constant kicks in-game.
