Alt tabbing mid-game and going back to the game causes packet loss

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Alt tab to check browser and went back to the game

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? I can reproduce this every time i alt tab

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? The game shows packet loss icon and for the whole duration of the game I play with huge packet loss, enemies and team mates are skipping full 2-3 meters and its completely unplayable. Also trying to leave the game it gets me stuck and i need to close the game with alt f4 and restart it gain.
What should be happening instead? Not lose packets for no apparent reason.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just alt tab, do whatever and come back in the game (while match is on) I can reproduce this 100% everytime. My internet connection is perfect at this given time.
