Apex - Account Wipe? All content missing after Patch Update.

Hi Folks,

A fix was rolled out a little while back for this. Please log out, restart and log back in. The items should reappear.

Do let us know how you get on with those steps.

Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)?
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. All maps all location every mode
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Logging in and sitting at the menu
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Yes
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? None
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 05.04.03:00
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? All of my unlocks ( characters, gear, accumulated credits) are gone. I can't even view the legends or store tabs. When I get into a game I can only select from the original free characters.
What should be happening instead? I should have all the stuff I have unlocked since launch
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, log in?

When I log in all of my unlocks are gone nothing I've unlocked is available to me. Needless to say this represents nearly a thousand hours or more of my play time and is very frustrating to have it all be gone.

What happens when the bug occurs? All tabs grayed out except Legends and clubs. All purchased Legends locked down, all resources missing. It is like I have a new account except that my player level is still correct.
What should be happening instead? Guess.......

The bugs in this game are getting worse. Are you applying Microsoft practices to your new updates? Seriously. I guess I don't have to worry about taking my gear with me on vacation. Thanks.

@Kindly_OneSame here, my tabs were greyed out for about 20 minutes before they worked again, now I have no new legends unlocked, all my skins disappeared and no materials, nada. Player level and account name are still correct, just its like a brand new account. And this is on PC...

  This is the straw. If it is not fixed by the time I get back from vacation, I am done. They have 2 weeks.

The same thing happened with me my tabs were gray for 5 minuets and then I looked at my legends and saw that I had none of them unlocked.

  I was able tu buy the new battle pass and play some game,then I restart the game and all my skinny and crafting material were gone,I have only the item from the level 1 of the new battle pass.

Yea I lost all of my lagends other than the basics and all of my skins all of my heirlooms all my coins

I lost everything too, lost my skins, heirlooms, trackers and etc. When I bought the battle pass bundle for 2800 it took the coins but I didn't get the battle pass.

  Same here. Lost everything I hope this is reversible or refundable or I'm done with this game.
