Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Lobby, where you can access your legends and loadout.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I accessed my legends to find out that I have nothing unlocked.

How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I lost everything. All the legends I own, all the cosmetics that I own, all my weapon skins and charms. The only thing that I didn't lose was my badges and my level.
What should be happening instead? I should be having all of my cosmetics, legends, trackers, etc.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can find the bug if you notice a huge chunk of your legends page to be grey.
tldr; I lost all my data besides my badges, stats, and level.
