Apex - Account Wipe? All content missing after Patch Update.

I just posted it somewhere, but it's not so much about being patient as you better believe while the game can't be played, the money train is down.  So, I'm pretty sure they're interested in solving their problems.

I play on Xbox and I first hopped on around 4:00 pm pst. I played for about an hour and a half and played multiple area games and battle royale games with no other problems besides only being able to pick the 6 original legends and not being able to scroll past the club tab in the lobby menu. I decided to restart my game to see if I could access the store to see what reskins are being sold and when I loaded the game back up I lost all my skins, banners, legends, and poses. The only thing I have is my stats, badges, and the six original legends, nothing else. No skins, no legends, nothing, not even my event skins. Please say if other people are having this problem and please say I can get everything back.

I was waiting in the lobby and then my pathfinder skin set to default in Season 9 and my wraith and pathfinder heirlooms, skins, data, weapon skins were completely gone in a second. If you need proof I can send a youtube video to my channel of the clip when it happened. I dont know how to show here since I am on my phone. Please tell me this is just a glitch and it will not take my heirlooms away without reason...

So I logged into my Apex and all my bought characters were gone and all my earned money was gone. And skins

The same thing happened with me my tabs were gray for 5 minuets and then I looked at my legends and saw that I had none of them unlocked.

Same here. All legends lost, currently locked, and I just unlocked the latest legend. I tried to wait through the connection issues, I just logged in and everything is gone. I do see that it takes a long time for the legends tab in the lobby and my apex coins and shards to load, as it used to be instantly (now it's like 5 realtime minutes)

Yes, my overall account level is still 300 something, and the badges/ kills that I have equipped on Lifeline are still showing up, but all my purchased legends, skins, coins, tokens, and crafting metals are missing. I'd rather not have to go through and re-equip all my badges and skins and charms on all my characters and weapons again, that would take quite awhile, is it possible to set my account back to the state it was yesterday, before today's update? Thank you!

As per title, I have lost access to all unlocked characters, skins, trackers, frames, poses, badges in apex legends.

My system is ps4. This has only happened since the season 9 update. Ive also lost all my weapon skins and my various currencies.

What the hell is going on with this season? It is the buggiest release I've ever played...
