This is happening too with my dad. Any fix? We tried everything from unlinking accounts and taking off the xbox account from the xbox. Still getting the same thing

      Hey @Jaedyn_Winter Thank you for confirming this, if it is still happening this may be an account-related issue. I would recommend reaching out to an EA Advisor so they can look at the EA Account being used to see what may be done.
