Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)?
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. And part, no matter where Ian’s it happens
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Landing
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Sometimes I can play one but then it happens right after.
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? Every time I land I get code shoe
What should be happening instead? I wouldn’t be getting a bug and should be able to play
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Every time I land and start looting I get code shoe. I have checked my ping and packet loss and it’s fine.

I can’t play at all due to code shoe. Pleas help.

    @kiidphoeniix

Thanks for giving that a try!

Can we also try setting a different DNS on your PS4 to see if that makes any difference? You can update the DNS settings on your console using the steps below:

    1. Open the PS4 Settings and go to Network
    2. Select Set Up Internet Connection
    3. Choose Wi-Fi or LAN Cable depending on how your console is connected to the internet
    4. Select Custom
    5. Choose Automatic under IP Address Settings
    6. Choose Do Not Specify under DHCP Host Name
    7. Select Manual under DNS Settings
    8. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but I’ve also seen some people mention that using the public Cloudflare DNS has helped (Primary DNS: 1.1.1.1).
    9. Select Next
    10. Choose Automatic under MTU Settings
    11. Select Do Not Use under Proxy Server
    12. Select Test Internet Connection to confirm the changes and make sure you can connect.

Let me know if it's still giving you the same errors after that. Thank you!

    Hi @kiidphoeniix

There are some things we can try which could help with the errors you've been getting.

First, I'd recommend starting out with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you're still getting any errors after that please let me know. Thanks!
