@HizumiShogunSame exact issue. There isnt a 3060 16gb model, so I assume you mean 3060 12gb. I also have that GPU. I have to reset my entire pc to get it to work again.
I've done some more testing. It seems to be random. It's happened 15 minutes into a game, and on the loading screen.
