It seems like a strange issue. I've played on PC yesterday and this didn't happen to me.
I agree that it is kind of annoying to have to rebind every key the way you used to. Although this of course shouldn't happen, I suggest making a word file with which key is bound to what action. Just so you have a back-up!
A month ago, I decided to go through all the keybindings myself and see if there were some that I could improve. Also adjusting the sensitivity when zoomed in with scopes helped me a lot in fights (and is pretty easy to test now with the new fire range!).
