Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I was idle so it kicked me into the “kicked for inactivity” menu.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was idle in the lobby.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Maybe around 6-8 matches
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 04/05/21 not sure about the hour and minute but it was when the ranked split happened.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? All my stats are lost and my levels got reset. My battle pass tier also got reset.
What should be happening instead? I should’ve still been level 43, but now I’m level 3 with lost stats.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can try to be idle in the lobby whenever a ranked split happens since that was what I was doing when it happened.
