Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I turned off my ps4 and when I loaded apex up my level, stats, and badges were reset but I kept my cosmetics

What happens when the bug occurs? I can only play training and all my progress is lost except my cosmetics
What should be happening instead? I should have all my progress and play a normal match

I should be level 500 with a 4K and 20 kill badge in Bangalore and like a lifetime kills of 15,00 and I had a 20 kill badge on wraith
