What happens when the bug occurs? My account and battlepass levels are reset to 1 and i font get any rewards for leveling up
What should be happening instead? I should be account level 273 and battlepass level 111
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game until your account level is reset
In the ps4 home screen it show a grayed out controller symbol and not the season 8 icon
