Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I landed in the new part of Kings Canyon where Fuse was introduced in his cinematic short.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I realized this after choosing a legend in duos.

How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? All my stats and other progression was lost as well as my ranked level, player level, and season pass being reset to Level 1.
What should be happening instead? I should have all progression earned up till now including everything from the Battle Pass I purchased.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Other than looking at my previous records and transactions in Apex Legends, you guys will know more about how to do that.
I played till about 4AM EST this morning and all was fine until starting up Apex about 9PM EST today and hopping into a duos match, just realizing my banner badge was a level 1 after choosing legends. I'm an Apex Legends streamer and competitor so all concerns such as stats, Battle Pass and levels play a crucial part in my experience playing Apex Legends. Although I love this game a lot, if everything cannot be properly restored I request that I be refunded my money spent for the Battle Pass and any other purchase made in Apex Legends, including any heirlooms.
