damn. i don't even have a pc and my connection seems to work perfectly fine with other games...well, i guess i won't be able to play it. Rip

Community ManagerIf none of those steps helped we should also try updating your PS4 DNS settings as well. The DNS is basically the address book your PS4 is using to figure out the route it needs to take to connect to its destination. In some cases changing this to a different route other than the default DNS can help with issues like this.
To update the DNS settings on your console follow these steps:
- Open up the Settings on your PS4, then go to Network. From there go to Set Up Internet Connection, and select either WiFi or LAN cable depending on what you're using.
- Select Custom > IP Address Settings (Automatic) > DHCP Host Name (Do Not Use) > DNS Settings (Manual)
- Enter the Primary DNS as 8.8.8.8 and the Secondary DNS as 8.8.4.4 -- This is the public Google DNS.
- Select Next > MTU Settings (Automatic) > Proxy Server (Do Not Use) > Test Internet Connection

- @EA_Kent I'm having the same problem so when I start a ranked game I get blu screen and crashes plus -120 points because I'm master and then ban for 10min. It happen 17 times after the last update of the game. I reinstalled everything but nothing it keeps going. And I'm not the only one so many people is happening. Why dont I get lost forgiveness if it's not my fault ? It's the game. My ps4 pro is new its update to date and plus I never have any problems with any other games only with apex. This is getting really annoying. I lost over 3000 RP just for the crash.
This has been happening for a while. It only happens on this ps4 the sound cuts out half way into certain actions then cuts to complete silence. things like my hands and guns turn invisible also. It then freezes and I get the ps4 error screen. It messes up all my ranked matches and destroys my K/DR. I have reconnected my internet. I have rebuilt the ps4 data base I have initialized the ps4 and backed up all my data. (witch took over 24 hours to reinstall everything). I have deleted and re downloaded the game. updated the game updated the ps4. I have done everything I can think of to fix this. No other games does this so i dont think its the ps4. I cant figure out why this happens. Im considering just getting rid of the game all together because It feels unplayable at this point witch is sad because its my favorite game. If you could help me fix it I would be so happy

Are you getting a specific error when this happens? If so, what's the error code you've been seeing?
