Let's see if we can fix these crashes here. It's possible that this might be happening due to a connectivity issue. When you've got a chance I'd recommend starting with the basic connection troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website.
If you're still seeing any issues happening after that try running through the PS4-specific steps as well. Let me know if you're still seeing any of the same issues after that.

@EA_Kent Ever since I updated my apex legends each time I open the game like after it finish loading then once it gets to the lobby it automatically freezes like it's jus black and it only shows little details the rest are black
