Apex legends - Lag during Gun fights

What happens when the bug occurs? When searching for items and heading to circle it's all fine but Game lags in middle of gun fight and I'm all of a sudden either near death or dead before I get a chance to completely react. I'm not a psychic. I cant tell what direction they run when the game always chooses lag in firefights.
What should be happening instead? No lag in the middle of 2 people shooting each other in a fight obviously
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game. Or dig into your game? Idk that's your job. I'm just tryna have fun but clearly cant.

Like apparently many. Apex is lagging on me when I engage other teams an deal some damage. Then boom lag happens an the table always turns cause suddenly I'm one tap or knocked. And I cant be bothered to play this entire season.
