Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Checking quests progression.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Doesn't metter. It happens all the time.
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens after collecting treasure packs in-game. Inside Season 5 quest menu, I can read "TREASURE PACK REWARDS 6 of 45", but they don't open. I'm not receiving the prizes.
What should be happening instead? After collecting a treasure (1 per day) I should, automatically, receive the respective prize right after finishing the match.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know. As far as I'm concerned, there are many people having the same issue.
