    Both will have the same core EA account, and due to this, they won't work for cross-play, our system will see them as they same account, despite one being linked to a Microsoft account.

HI, i believe that you'll need an EA account for each active player, so you can't add the same account as a friend. Please create individual accounts for those who want to play, those should add as friends without issue.

So my friend has an ea acc and is connect but he plays pc. I have a separate ea account and I can send him a friend request but it doesn’t go through and he can’t find my username at all. Is this just a glitch ?
