Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I was trying to get my level 40 reward from beginning pass
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Nothing just completed my mission and when i return to get level 40 reward i found my self stuck at level 39

When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) I really dont remember but it happens from 2 weeks i think

How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing just stuck at level 39 in beginning pass
What should be happening instead? I should get the level 40 reward 12000 legends token
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Anyone playing the game for first time and completed all the missions of beginning pass it will happen to him

i have two friends have the same problem in a short time + I have attached two files that describe my bug clearly
