Apex Legends Catalyst Passive not working

Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Any Building with a door
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Just playing the game as usual and trying to use the character Catalyst Passive Ability

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? every match I played was an issue

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? when playing Catalyst her passive allows you to barricade a door and I have the Character Utility Action bound aswell so it should be working, works with other Legends like Mirage, Loba, Rampart, Crypto but Cannot use Catalyst at all due to the Legend Passive Ability not working at all for me.
What should be happening instead? What should happen is when playing Catalyst her passive allows you to barricade a door.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea ever since the new Legend Catalyst dropped it won't allow me to use her Passive skill.

Apex Legends Catalyst Issue with her Passive not working at all even though I have Character Utility Action bound and it works for other Legends like, Mirage, Rampart, Loba, Crypto.
