apex legends Club ownership roles reversed role to grunt glitch

Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? I honestly played loba bloudhound lifeline I like all of them lol
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)? I do not remember
Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Club menu
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was gathering all the admins to understand why I was put as a grunt but no one knew why so right now it’s a glitch
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 10 matches I believe before I took notice. One of the admins messaged me upset believing I was giving up on the club and told me people are leaving
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Yesterday or the day before
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? So basically I’m playing a game of apex and I get a message saying I’m a grunt and A friend by the name Of Enlighten Otaku is the owner now and I didn’t understand so as I go back to the club I see I’m a grunt so when I confronted otaku to tell him why was he owning the club he said he don’t know anything about it? I didn’t make anybody changes since owners can’t demote themselves. I trust him but he works a full time job and I don’t want to be harassing him about this since it is just a game I was hoping you guys could switch it back to where I own the club again so I don’t have to ask him to leave the club and make the other admins become captains since I would be the only one to get the role next but to me that’s to much and I don’t want the same incident to happen again I added photos at the bottom to show proof I was the owner and the second one is after finding out I was switched to Grunt
What should be happening instead? I believe that if there’s a way to give my role as owner of SPECTRE at the moment we have 8 members
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I honestly don’t know like I said I was notified by another admin

So the last photo is a little blurry but it’s otaku notifying me that in his view of the club I’m still owner but for everyone else he’s the owner I trust him I don’t think he would do something to mess up the clan
