What happens when the bug occurs? i could only select the default characters Ex: i wasnt able to pick octane
What should be happening instead? i should be playing octane
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? load into a game and try and pick your chracter?
i was trying to load into a game after about 10 minutes of server troubles on the same day of the new season and when it came time to select my character i had only the default options. Note all of my progress was still saved; kills, level, skins etc
