What changes did you make to the config file? Changes are allowed, but it's possible something was changed that is causing that error.

I got this problem too. This problem is already bugging me since new season. pls help

There are a few potential resolutions for this.

• If you're using an Nvidia graphics card, try updating the drivers using the Express method. Then, launch the game from the GeForce Experience.
• Update your CPU drivers with the instructions here. 
• It's possible this is related to Windows Defender. These instructions may help.
• This could also be related to EasyAntiCheat. Take a look at this fix that worked for another player.

Well here's the weird par for me. The bug that did occured to me is only happend when i play BR, i try Arenas and Shooting range and its fine, i can join it. idk what i need to do to play BR

So far, these are the only resolutions we know for this issue. If any others come up, I'll post them here. Hopefully, we'll have a proper fix for this soon.

dude, i think i found a way to get into a be match. I was try to play Arenas, and its fine I can join it. And after that I try to play BR and I get into the match. Well I think the problem here is about apex is failed to loading the map, so we either need to wait until the system thought us to being AFK and get code net or alt f4 the game. Idk if this work for you, but for me its working. Idk tomorrow the steps I give you is still working on me or not

There are two possibilities as to why you get stuck on the loading screen. Either your game's files are corrupted, which can sometimes happen with an incomplete update, or you're not running the latest version of Apex Legends. Well, you can try this out:
 

1. Restart your internet.  
2. Verify game files. Launch Steam. Right-click on Apex and choose “Properties.” …
3. Check server status.
4. Run Apex Legends as Administrator.

      5. If all else fails, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game
