Where did the issue occur? Loading into the match from the lobby
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. All areas of the menu lead to long wait times.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Trying to load into a match

What happens when the bug occurs? So no matter which data center I play on or what mode it takes over 20 minutes to matchmake every time. I have tried every data center and every mode and it still can't matchmake in less than 20-30 minutes.
What should be happening instead? It should be almost instant. 8-10 million players a week this shouldn't take 20-30 minutes to fill a 60 player match.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This can be replicated pretty easily I assume, almost everyone I know has this issue right now.
Matchmaking takes over 20 minutes every time no matter what I do. My system is well above minimum requirements, my internet connection is top tier and gives me pings of less than 10-20 in most games I play such as cs, d2, etc., I have reinstalled several times and I'm even on a fresh account to try to fix the issue but nothing works. I've swapped data center after data center and tried every mode there is. I have even waited a whole day to try to see if it was a temporary server side thing but nothing is working. I have included an attachment that shows my current emotion. If an EA community rep sees this please take that image to heart as it not only expresses every ounce of my disappointment in the matchmaking issues I am facing, but is also my greatest artistic masterpiece to date.
