I found a solution. I installed 1.1.1.1, set it on WARP and I played on Oregon GCE 2 (may be different for you) and so far no more lag. Hope it works for you.

how do you do that? I'm good at pc hardware but when it comes the software I suck at it.

    Hey @6Iock6a6y, given what you've tried and what @ryzxnez1 has mentioned here, going through the steps below on Flushing DNS and changing your DNS in particular would likely be the best bet.

    This should walk you through updating those settings if you'd like to give that a try to see if it changes anything for you.

      @EA_Mako I flushed dns, updated Lan and chipset drivers and updated my BIOS, ran suggested commands for ipconfig in the command prompt, made a speed test, called my internet provider, cleared cache in origin and steam, checked that everything was allowed by my firewall, ran repairs on both steam and origin, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, ran the game from a secondary admin user in my pc and nothing has worked so far... I will be replacing my ethernet and coax cables later today but this packet loss issue doesn't happen anywhere else nor in any other game. Nothing has worked... Playing in Frankfurt 1 and 2.

        I am having the same thing going on in last 2weeks. Playing in Frankfurth 1 and 2. Packet loss is 10-50. This was not the case when new map was released.
