Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. ne of the valley area with buildings
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was accessing other players death box
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? More than 10
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 16.2.2018 around 13:00EET
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? We were winning the match and there were only four people live (our team 3 and enemy 1). I tried to access enemy deathbox and when it should show the inventory, my game crashed. After that squadmates won the round normally. After the crash, I logged in and my level was raised to 50 from 49, but I didnt' receive The Player trophy (Reach player level 50). Then I tried to level 51, but I still dont get the trophy.
What should be happening instead? Change the point when the trophy pops up. I guess in my case, nothing can be done anymore
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to close the game when level up from 49 to 50 is going to happen.
