Apex Legends Ranked not working and losing progress

Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Just playing Ranked

What happens when the bug occurs? Rp, kills and damage are vanished after i close the game and starting it up.
What should be happening instead? Well how about you keep the progress you made?!
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play whatever gamemode and close the game and restart it, you will see there is no progres
Friday the 13th of August i started playing Ranked and got Diamond and got off around 11 in the night, after waking up ( Today 14th of August ) i started up my ps4 just to see i went back to Platinum 2 so i asked a mate to help me with Ranked and i got Diamond again today ( 14th of August )
After i got my Diamond rank i went for dinner and right after my dinner i started my ps4 again just to see i went back to Plat 2. So that is a loss of over 1400 RP!!
All the other players and me could say that this is not acceptable and that we want it to be fixed ASAP!
I talked to many of my mates who play Apex Legends and they have the same issue!
HELP US and don't let us in the cold!
