Apex Legends Season 21 input lag and delay

I'm starting to think that there is a LOT of bleed over from the firing range. Obviously there was always problems with the firing range etc and people being able to hear and see other peoples firing ranges etc, but i've noticed now that whenever I go into my settings in the firing range, something is ALWAYS different, my brightness is ALWAYS reset, my ALCSs are sometimes turned off, my firing range settings are changed. Dummies resetting cause someone else in a different firing range reset them, them randomly being turned on to shoot. I noticed that my FPS starts at 60, then whenever I shoot or move, it jumps to 120 for a split second then back to 60. Is it possible that there is huge bleed over from the firing range to ACTUAL games in mixtape and BR? That would explain why the game feels different EVERY time I jump on.
