Apex Legends Steam account ban appeal

Platform:PC

AMD or Nvidia Model Number amd

What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? steam id : Kranky Ea account name: Krankykraka
Please provide your squad mates' gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name if possible. steam id : Kranky Ea account name: Krankykraka
Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)?
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? Loading into the match from the lobby
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. loading screen
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. loading screen
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 0
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? cant get into a game bc it says banned
What should be happening instead? Getting into champion select.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? by looking in your logs

Hello, 

I downloaded Apex through steam currently my game says i am banned with the reason listed as : BANNED


It allows me to Queue up a game but right as its about to enter the character selection it pops up the
Banned window.

If i download the game and play it from the Origin app i have no problems loading the game. 

My Ea account is linked to both origin and steam but i have a different user name for both.

I want to get my steam account unbanned but i do not know how to apply for an appeal
When i open up the case history it tells me i have no ban or suspension history. 
(i suspect its because of the different in game names)


I have submitted an appeal and given images showing my conundrum. 


When i check to see if the appeal has been reviewed. my case has a little Green sign that says "Fixed" 

but i have not received an email or any update on whether or not my account has been unbanned or
any information on why it was banned in the first place. 

I have contacted EA facebook page and they told me to submit an appeal. which i already did. 
now i am here.

    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

    Hey @KrankyKraka I tested it there and it is working as it should, can you ensure that you follow every step exactly.

  • @EA_Darko It says the same thing to me as well and I typed in the contact us on the EA website that I wasn't cheating or anything and they said it was a permanent ban from online services. I just been playing the game like usual and can't play it no more bc someone thought I was cheating in game which is not true. Is there anyway you could help??

    You need to be patient and wait for our team to respond @Dalton_Losey18.

    they will send an email to the email registered on the account once their investigation is finished.
