Do you use any programs like Razer Synapse? I see "GameManagerService.exe" failing in the DxDiag.
Have you tried a clean boot to see if it's a program in the background that could be potentially conflicting with Origin? Rolling back your GPU driver and re-downloading/installing the latest version again is worth a try.

@EA_Blueberry Razer Synapse is what I use for control of my mouse (button mapping, RGB, etc.). I have had issues with its GameManager service before - it would put a ton of load on my CPU for seemingly no reason, which prevented me from playing Apex - my Ryzen 5 2600 would be stuck at 100% utilization which absolutely ranked performance.
I will try a clean boot and see if that helps.
