Apex Legends stuttering / lag since september patch

update:

for around 20 games now the stuttering seems to be fixed. I did the following:

I updated my bios version to the latest version. I think there was some inconsistancy going on with the ram. This didnt seem to effect anything i did on my pc even other games, but apex. 

Anyways even if this helps only one person out its worth to mention because finally in 8 weeks i got to play the game without stutters. Hopefully this will stay the case and its fixed now!
