After researching it turns out that these bots are player made, and are used for xp grinding to reach a certain level to be sold to cheaters. Being afk for more than 2 minutes should kick you out of the game, though i am sure they would find a way to work around that, so i do not know, since later on in the match they randomly started throwing punches‌I dropped near estates, killed a duo, then looked the other way only to find the ENTIRE SERVER IS AFK landed there right in front of me, i got confused and decided to kill them, and i did, racking up to 51 kills, which the game thought was cheating. The server was bahrain 1, and i chose that after watching a video on youtube showing how relaxed these lobbies were, but i was NOT expecting a full bot lobby like this one. I have never used any cheats or even CFGs (despite when they were allowed) and i just got banned for doing nothing but trying to play the game. EA support is completely useless as they just check that i got 51 kills in a match and then say okay yeah you are cheating. I am sure they have no idea about this thing happening. They did not even ask me what happened. For any EA developer that is willing, i can take you to one of these lobbies, without any cheats or exploits. I just want my account unbanned, as i did not cheat and never did i have the intention to do so. I did not violate any terms, and neither do i have the intention to. I need someone other than the EA support to help me out with this please

No, this has been one of the most horrible experiences of my life. I even started smoking cigarettes after this. They just will not unban me. I submitted countless tickets, talked to support for sooo many hours, cried for even more hours, and they reply to me with extremely vague emails, lastly tellng me the decision is final and will not be reverted, so stop contacting. I really would not have felt this bad had i cheated, but they really really think i was cheating. I have poured thousands and thousands of hours (and money too), had my account since pre season, i have all the rare cosmetics and badges, i was even the number one wraith in my country in season 2, used to play for somewhere between 19 to 27 hours per session. All i did was watch a video on youtube saying bahrain servers are very chill and people there are bad, so i thought id try to go there and play casually for a change, without having to warm up for 20 mins on aimlabs, then 20 mins in firing range before i hop into a match. Then after getting extremely weird matchups in bahrain, like first one with bots and the whole place was filled with death boxes, the match after that it was only 2 squads in the drop ship, which i won cuz it was me and my teammate vs 1 other guy only, then the third match was full on bots, which i killed 49 of them + 1 real duo. I have lost everything. I even lost my * completely with support because i just felt so unheard and uncared about by the whole company ( i feel bad i did but they just wouldnt help me at all ). I have never even used configs when they were allowed, let alone cheat. I really dont understand why this is happening, i really hope some developer or someone important sees this because it is completely unfair. Do you have any suggestions for me? (sorry for the long post i just had to get this off my chest, this really feels like losing a piece of you)
