What happens when the bug occurs? I have loaded my account of Apex on PS today and I found all of my staffs( skins, loadouts,skydive trails etc,.) are gone and I have been given 281 apex packs and some coins, I don’t know what’s going on,it seems reset my account or data error? I trying to login my EA account and it showed me my register date was by today, I remembered I created EA account since 2016. Same to my PC site account, reset and become level one, all contents missing( but my PS site keep the level and owned badges). I have played apex from season 1 to now, I really care about my account,please kindly help me to recover my data,thanks!
What should be happening instead? Restore all my lost items on both PS and PC
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know as it was my first time to see this bug

It definitely looks like the EA account you've signed into here was very recently created, so if you've played previously that would be under a different account.
If you recall any other emails or accounts you may have used in the past I would definitely check whether you may have unlinked them earlier, as you would need to re-link the original account to have your content restored.
At that point if you're unsure of any other accounts or no longer have access to them, please contact support directly so they can try verifying some additional information about the account to assist here, thanks!
