@smokiesdk The menu tabs and currency loading error is a different problem.
When you get an item from a pack, (from what I understand), its automatically added to your account before you even see the prompt of what you had gotten. This means that if the pack was going to give you two weapon skins and 15 crafting materials, the game would of already had added those items to your account.
The packs do have a glow of every rarity, (besides Iconic), but if you did see the Heirloom get pulled, I would contact EA Support at help.ea about the issue as account related issues cannot be helped with on the forums.
I do know that EA Support is able to see what you had gotten from packs. I remember back in S7 or so, I was thrown into a match when I was opening packs and I didn't know what I had gotten, (this was before the red dot system was added). EA Support had told me that I had gotten a skin for Octane and Caustic, as well as crafting materials. I've checked what was "added", and confirmed it was indeed new to my account.
So, if you did get the heirloom, hopefully the issue can be resolved for you.
