Apex on ps5 stutter/jitter bug looking around because fps often higher than 60.

What happens when the bug occurs?:
As I look around in the game I find it to be jittery and stuttering. I found the cause for this being frame rate related but the behaviour of the frame rate is strange. I would expect this kind of problem to be because of frames dropping but instead the frames are looking like they're going beyond 60fps (which is what the ps5 is capped to) into the 70's and 80's for a period of time while looking towards certain parts of the game that are graphically intense, not any specific parts but the parts from wherever you are at any point on the map, making this issue consistent throughout the game constantly messing with ones aim.

Here's a video I made that showcases me looking left and right specifically in the direction the issue was happening, it's like aim assist is being triggered but it is not and this is the major problem. I looking and mistake this stutter/jitter for me detecting an enemy.

please feel free to slow the video down to see the fps going up for whatever reason, otherwise one can see the slight jitter/stutter at 60fps on ps5.

How often does the bug occur? All the time in every single match.

What should be happening instead? Should be smooth.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play apex on ps5, jump into any match and look around. specifically tested and found to be a consistent problem on stormpoint.
