"Apex Predator" Badge is not unlocking on Mirage

What happens when the bug occurs? I was playing Mirage and was the Kill Leader last game and I won eventually. However, the "Apex Predator" Badge isn't unlocking.
What should be happening instead? Unlocking "Apex Predator" Badge
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to play Mirage and win a game while being the Kill Leader. See if this happen or not.
I was playing Mirage today and won a game while I am the Kill Leader today but the "Apex Predator" Badge is not unlocking. This is my first game winning a game while I am the Kill Leader so I do not know am I doing it right or is it a bug. I do not know is it only happening the Mirage or it happens to every characters but I do see someone using that badge sometimes.
