Apex season 22 console aim assist

Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? Horizon
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. It happens everywhere
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Aiming
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Yes
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? None
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 07.06.2024
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? There seems to be a bug with aim assist in console with the new season which is season 22. In the patch notes it says console will not be affected by the aim assist nerf unless they are crossplaying with PC players. However aim assist is noticeably weaker in just console lobbies now. There’s no way it’s still .4
What should be happening instead? Should be getting 0.4 aim assist but instead I’m getting 0.3
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just go into the firing range and try it yourself. There’s no difference between PC values and default values.

    If you're expecting a quick fix or a fix at all just know that we've been discussing about broken AA for over a year here:

    There's lots of videos and Reddit links of people experiencing issues and all we've got is " it's under investigation".  There's lots of posts and comments daily in Reddit about servers and other technical issues but the devs don't reply.

    @Oddworld94 Yeah, doesn't make any sense why they don't reply. Should be their interest to keep the community happy. That's how they end up loosing players. They'll do a new season, everything seems really good, new map and stuff but then you start getting issues and there the player count start going down again. It's a joke

    @Oddworld94 I will be doing a YouTube video showcasing the issue with clips that i had from last season and this season. They'll come up with excuses like oh your cross hair was not centered in the enemy or the way the enemy is moving but I've been playing this game for a long time, you can clearly see the difference in the aim

    @pcty67 Yup same feeling, night and day difference. Btw do you also get the "aim resist"? It means that the crosshair is kinda pulling AWAY from the enemy or rejecting your aim.

    @Oddworld94 Oh yeah 100% sometimes feels like I'd be better off playing with aim assist turned off
