Apex server shutting down at end game

Hello! I was in a lobby and reached 23 kills in total (regular br trios) there was one person left and as soon as his gun starts firing at me my server kicked me out, showed error and restarted all my stats from previous match(the 23kills 4.5k damage) I loaded back into the game thinking it would save my progress and give me my earned badges. But no, my stats showed 0 on everything. I save the whole footage so there’s proof I earned it but just never gave it to me. Any way I can get my badge.
